Absolute rubbish
Absolutely rubbish product, both hardware and software. Rinnai have released an overpriced product with no support. The hardware is flowed and they have given up. If you are lucky to set it up once. Never think about changing your wifi or router. It will get stuck and not allow you to reconnect.
Does not work with ios15.1
So dissatisfied with this you fork out money for the wifi touch and they do not update the app to match.

Limited functionality
You can turn the unit on and off. You can also increase and decrease the temperature.
There is no ability to change the date and time of the unit, you can’t alter or setup the schedule, you can’t even tell what the current room temperature is.
The app hasn’t been modified for at least a year now. Unless they pay this app more respect I wouldn’t bother paying the extra money for the wifi unit which you need to make the app work.

Works good
Little fiddly to set up up the wifi module, wouldn't recommend it if you aren't confident working with electrics, but once installed the app pretty much takes care of the soft stuff, and is easy to use

I have spent a afternoon trying to connect got connected once then it kicked me out.
The QR code ready in the APP does not work and when you type the SSID and password you can’t see what your typing
