Price History of RideShare

Description of RideShare

As an Independent Business Owner (IBO), you are growing your Company through recruitment. Each member that becomes part of your network is your Downline and you receive a percentage of their gross earnings. However, to be eligible to receive the commissions from your Downline you must provide the RideShare service for a required number of part-time hours each week. Yet, as an IBO with RideShare, you will always receive 70% of the gross fare per transaction as soon as the charge is processed. Since we hold in esteem the commitment of Veterans and Academics, such as teachers and students, the required hours for establishing commission eligibility are greatly reduced. RideShare Drivers earn commission by working the required part-time hours and as the number of their direct recruits goes up, the required hours for earning commission goes down until it reaches zero. Clients have the lowest fares in the market that are unchanging, and businesses will have an abundance of product and service requests because more people in society will have greater amounts of disposable income. How it all works: • IBO/ Driver recruits Driver 1. • Driver earns 2.25% as commission from their 1st tier downline, Driver 1. ◦ RideShare receives the 2.75% that remains. • Driver 1 recruits Driver 1a to become a member of the platform. • Driver 1 earns 2.25% as commission from their 1st tier, Driver 1a. • Driver earns 1.5% as commission from their 2nd tier, Driver 1a. ◦ RideShare receives the 1.25% that remains. • Driver 1a recruits Driver 1b to become a member of the platform. • Driver 1a earns 2.25% as commission from their 1st tier, Driver 1b. • Driver 1 earns 1.5% as commission from their 2nd tier, Driver 1b. • Driver earns 0.8% as commission from their 3rd tier, Driver 1b. ◦ RideShare receives the 0.45% that remains. • Driver 1b recruits Driver 1c to become a member of the platform. • Driver 1b earns 2.25% as commission from their 1st tier, Driver 1c. • Driver 1a earns 1.5% as commission from their 2nd tier, Driver 1c. • Driver 1 earns 0.8% as commission from their 3rd tier, Driver 1c. • Driver earns 0.45% as commission from their 4th tier, Driver 1c. ◦ RideShare receives the 0% that remains. Financial Breakdown: Let us use $100 as an example: $100 earned – 30% deduction = $70 net amount The 30% deduction breakdown: 5% = tiered payout 25% = RideShare deduction Upline commissions for an IBO (a.k.a. Driver) from Downline: 1st tier: $100 – 2.25% = $2.25 2nd tier: $100 – 1.5% = $1.50 3rd tier: $100 – 0.8% = $0.80 4th tier: $100 – 0.45% = $0.45 *In this example, if one person from each tier makes $100, then the IBO as the Upline receives $5 as a commission from their 4 tier Downline. If the commission eligibility requirement is not met during the work week, then the commission is passed to RideShare. The 2 Main Components • Upline - The person or business entity that is recruiting and establishing a network is the Upline and receives percentage earnings from their Downline. • Downline - The people that have been recruited are the Downline and pay a percentage of their earnings to the Upline members. Disclosure The Drivers' 5% Revenue Sharing Plan is an exciting opportunity that rewards you for selling services and for sponsoring other participants who do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results will vary depending on commitment levels and sales skills of each participant (referred to as an “Independent Business Owner”).
