App 3-Stars, but 5-Star Service
As a bike owner, I want to be able to do everything from the app, but there are lots of features they make us do through the desktop website.
As a renter, the app is user friendly, but because of the way it’s set up for the owners, there can be a delay in responses, which is optimal when trying to do a last minute rental.
