Was working on till the update couple of days ago now it won’t let me open the app at all tried to download pro version but won’t let me add cam as there registration is with another account tried calling the help line no answer ???? Need help

New update requires account
As per title, you need to create an account with them to access your device since the latest update. There is no way to access your cameras unless you do this. Will not be purchasing any future GENBOLT cameras
Don’t Waste Your Money
Numerous attempts to connect via wifi failed (Tapo C500 installed right beside the Genbolt had no problem connecting to wifi, so signal strength not the issue). Spent a day runn an ethernet cable from inside our house all the way to the garage where camera is located. Followed the LAN connection instructions and clicked on “search LAN for camera”. It said the “camera could not be found” and offered no trouble shooting guide to deal with this scenario. Very disappointing.

Don’t update
Newest update forces you to create an account and if you don’t, it will not let you access your cameras.

GENBOLT PTZ camera
This camera has worked alright but the last two weeks it has been useless it records events but you can only play back the newest one all other recordings are not viewable if you go to time play back it kicks you off the app. Don’t know what the company did but it has turned the camera into a paper weight.

Works perfectly
Seems to have a lot of negative reviews however it has worked perfectly for me.
No Support
If you can pull enough teeth to get these documented products setup the app works ok but just tried 4G from my previous wifi cameras and setup is now going over a week, zero help getting this working is frustrating.
Too basic
It is so basic it is unusable.
