Cannot get the motion alarm to work at all, time for something better.
Cloud not working offline
Hi I bought camera be of I CloudEdge we had stolen cam last time I couldn’t see recording

After using the apps in LTE one camera will disconnected
When I am using wifi at home is ok
Only when outside using LTE,outdoor Is ok
One camera will disconnected when home
Have to restart iPhone or reinstall apps to get it work again

Sync time with phone
Why does it not keep the time after you set/sync it? I have to resync every day if I want the time to be correct.
Email setting doesn’t work!
The camera communicates with the app and you can see live videos with voice. You can also use the app to turn the camera. The down side is the email setting for receiving notification and pictures via an email does not work. I used hotmail and gmail, I followed the instructions, but it didn’t work.
Absolutely terrible app
Connect by lan doesn't work, connect wirelessly I found the camera's ssid, but cannot enter it in the app - only the password. So there's one camera going to scrap.
Push notifications
No longer receiving push notifications for motion detection. Would like this issue to be resolved.
Rubbish
This app is absolutely rubbish, it randomly deletes the videos so for the whole day that it was recording disappears and other times it will record and when you want to play the video it keeps buffering and will not play anything just a black screen
Good, needs more work
Wish it would stay connected when I’m background. Would be nice to rotate the alarm area selection for angles (ie driveway) or a more advanced selection area.
Would be good if it worked
Been using this app for few years, it fluctuates from bad to worse. Main issue is connectivity, which someone else also called out. Very slow to connect. Often Stutters on playback, and connection often drops. About 4-5 months ago it was fixed and ran perfectly… until March when the next update broke it again. I’m looking for other options now as currently virtually unusable.
