App needs work
Significant work needs invested in this app. It still isn’t right and it’s been years from when released. The option of a + and - for the zoom is which takes 4/5 times to push to zoom completely in is terrible and the same for back to normal. Sometimes it then halved the screen and froze. The ability to pinch in and out was better. Just user interface instructions on how to do is needed. The ability to also unmute and listen when phone is on the apple iPhone silent mode is also needing updated. The app is also annoyingly not straightforward in adjusting settings for motion detection or motion scheduling. The app needs a complete overhaul.

Camera ok, software bad.
Using the app on mobile phone. The camera very rarely connects, when it does trying to view recordings is very hit and miss.
It was never very good previously but this update has just made it useless. (Have had camera just over 1 year)

Last update
Over all these cameras work well have 6 in total. However since the last update the cameras have stopped sending signals so can’t operate the from my mobile phone. I’ve tried rebooting and restarting them they work for a couple of times then stop. They still are recording but very difficult to view.

Worked for less than a year
Stopped working and can’t get it running again. Crap!
Disconnecting when ever there’s an update
Every time there’s a software update the camera stops connecting to the phone. Sometimes a simple power off/ power on resolves the problem. Other times it just stops working until a new bug fix is released. Very unreliable as a security device.
Disconnects frequently…
…and requires the camera to be reset or rebooted regularly while cabled to the router, but the support desk responded quickly to my latest problem and was helpful.

The new update is terrible! You can’t zoom or move the image around.
It also takes forever to be ‘online’ after you get an alert making it pretty much useless.
Wasn’t a very good product to begin with but took a big dive.
Almost useless now. Please put back.

Very bad system
Worked couple of months then completely lost
Needs a calendar
To go back a few days or rewind have that with my other camera
App no longer working with camera
The app just keeps loading, not updated and not working! Avoid buying this brand. Clearly dodgy.
