Lost nearly all my 1000+stars in 15 min
Only 100 stars remain (the Arts category). But all other progress which included all of the catagories from the top through the 6’s and all of the Professional and 12’s as well as over 50+ of the 7’s and 20+ in the 11’s and another 20+ in the 10’s. Lost progress to me=no fun. Which is a shame as I have only been playing the game for a week so I had enjoyed the game very much until my progress was obliterated and my previously completed boards are again locked as a result of the progress being wiped out

So only download if you don’t mind the game resetting and never being able to unlock many of the levels. I won’t be investing my money for the additional levels with this flawed version.

New update 🤬 +week later
Updated review 1/16, STILL no answer from game support! 😡 but I did upgrade stars to three, I tried getting my purchases back and it worked. Still NOT happy about loosing progress but at least my purchases are now restored. I don’t mind replaying levels as this is my go to game to unwind.

I’ve been playing for only one month, I DID enjoy this game and previously would have rated it 5 stars, till today😡 the game automatically updated and ALL my progress and levels are back to zero and my purchases are locked again. I sent email to developer as there is no options in settings to get your purchases back or to sync prior game. I play daily and was shocked to return to the game I had just played few hours ago and all progress is gone? Now I have no choice but to wait 48 hours for reply.

I like the colors and the sounds are not annoying like some games. I think it is rather sneaky to put a if you would like a free hint just watch a short video and if the person clicks no they still have to watch the video anyway. Kind of doing a bit of a lie there. The other ads are not so much a problem because you state if you don’t want to watch the ads pay, makes sense to me. But if you are going to force me to watch an ad after asking me if I want to that isn’t right. That ad should be voluntary, if I say I don’t want the free hint then I should not be forced to watch that ad. The other ads are very clear you don’t want to watch then pay the price and you won’t have to.

Update: well the problem with the ad is no more now when I click don’t want the extra hint nothing happens. The only other problem I have now is I have finally gotten to the actual art but when I complete the puzzles they disappear to quickly so I don’t know what the art looks like . If there could be a little longer before the completed puzzle leaves the screen that would be cool.
