Authorized User Settings
Enrollment settings initially included “Add/Remove Authorized User”. Within 24 hrs of enrollment the “Authorized User” settings disappeared. CANNOT verify who has account access or who is an Authorized User on account.
This setting is an industry STANDARD on ALL financial apps and websites! It’s unacceptable the feature has disappeared or has been intentionally restricted from account owner. Even the website no longer has the authorized users settings (which indicates a restricted view).

Carter Bank VA - Authorized User Settings
Enrolled for online banking and settings included “Add/Remove Authorized User”. Within 24 hrs the Authorized User setting disappeared. CANNOT verify who has account access or is an Authorized User. User verification is STANDARD on ALL financial apps and websites! It’s unacceptable the feature has disappeared or is restricted from account owner. Lack of Quality
Consistently locked out of my account, I am probably going to move my money to a new bank. Open the app to log in and when I type my password in I get the message that an error has occurred. Definitely not impressed. There is no point in having a mobile app if it’s not going to work.
