Small credit Union turns into monster big bank.
I’ve been a member since they were “Tech Federal Credit Union”. Since then they’ve raised they’re overdraft fees from 0-$32. They’ve tried selling us scammy life insurance policies through the mail and most recently since that didn’t work they are going to begin charging $7 a month for checking if you don’t hold at least $2500 in your account. “Get rid of all the poor people”. Love the App - need to fix account list
The app shows my 2 accounts, Primary Share and Freedom Stash, however, when you go to make a mobile deposit it shows 3. The 2 mentioned above and a High Yield Share account that doesn’t show up on my app or printed statement. It looks like we’ve accidentally deposited money in this account and don’t know where it’s gone.Show lessOurvices

I’ve had to go into my local branch several times to get clarity on how to use the new Business app. I’m so tired of calling customer support. The new screening technique is really resistant to pass you on to a live operator and it doesn’t really catch the language that you pose to it. I’m tired of tech-support, putting me on hold to ask somebody else further up the technical food chain.
