Description of Goodnature

KNOW WHAT YOUR GOODNATURE TRAP IS UP TO The Goodnature Smart Trap counts each pest as it’s killed, recording the day, time and air temperature. When you’re near your trap, any data your trap has collected is sent to the Goodnature app via Bluetooth. With the Goodnature Smart Trap, even if you haven't seen any pests under your trap, you’ll know how many you’re catching. Collecting data works when you’re offline too – the app holds your data locally until you’re connected again. HANDY PROMPTS TO KEEP YOUR TRAP FRESH The app notifies you when you need to replace the lure and gas in your trap, keeping it fresh and ready to catch passing pests. BECOME A CONNECTED CONSERVATIONIST The Goodnature app shows you how your individual trapping success adds up to something much bigger. The fewer pests there are, the better chance native flora and fauna have to flourish again – join the collective effort! SUPPORT AT YOUR FINGERTIPS The Goodnature app guides you through trap installation, ongoing maintenance and helps answer your questions.

Reviews of Goodnature

  • Very easy to setup and use, but forces you to reveal trap location in public heat map …

Very smooth and well designed app that is easy to get started and use with the “SmartCap” for rodent traps.

One drawback is regarding privacy and the location of traps registered within the app. The location is used by GoodNature to generate a publicly viewable heat map of where kills have taken place - and the app does not provide any means for users to opt-out of handing over this information….

This might seem harmless in densely populated urban areas, but in rural areas (such as farms), information displayed on this heat map is hardly “anonymous” and can quite clearly be associated with the owner of any large section. If you are concerned about privacy for any reason, I would suggest manually entering 0,0 for the coordinates until the app developers add support for opting out.
  • A24 is king

    Hi Goodnature,

I own a small pest Control business to in California. I have used A24s for about 2 years now and I love them. I own approximately 22 traps and have achieved roughly 300+ kills so far.

I am a huge proponent of your product. I don’t know if the chirp is coming to the US but I hope it does.

❗️please allow the app to function as a kill locator/map with out chirp so it can be used in the US.

    Keep up the good work!!!

P.S. will the A12 ever be sold on the states?
