25 or 30% of the time, when the doorbell rings and I try to answer it, it doesn’t work. It’s kind of frustrating sometimes it’s just easier to run down and open the door.mac82454

Always an issue
It was an issue just to get logged in to use the app and it never works. It lags or I constantly get an error code. Sometimes I don’t like to dig through my purse to get my keys esp when my hands are full so I’ll open the app when I park my car thinking by the time I get to the door I’ll be able to open it and no such luck because I get an error every single time it never fails. When I ring myself in or I get guests it won’t allow me to accept the call. Pretty useless app when it doesn’t work on a consistent basis…very disappointingShow lessAlways an issue 🤬
Not compatible with iOS?
This app stopped working on my iPhone. Error message says the microphone is disabled but there is no setting in the app, or in my phone settings, to enable permissions for the microphone. My colleague with an iPhone reports the same.JJ1357913579

Slow to load front door video
It takes a long time for the video to load, leaving people waiting and waiting for you to respond to the buzzer.MrJugHead
Super slow with new updates
This app used to be pretty quick to pick up when someone called from the door. It now takes a good 15 seconds to answer. The UI changed a bit, but none of that should warrant taking such a long time to answer.Justin Daigle
