Super slow with new updates
This app used to be pretty quick to pick up when someone called from the door. It now takes a good 15 seconds to answer. The UI changed a bit, but none of that should warrant taking such a long time to answer.Justin Daigle
Connection lag and poor UI
The slide bar to open gate is outdated, reject and open buttons would be more efficient. The lag time between approving entry and gate opening is too long for a real-time system (our internet and wifi connectivity are excellent). If sliding the entry bar is unsuccessful (happens regularly) there is no way to reconnect with the system to ask the visitor to redial. Poorly designed, flaky functionality.Show lessAB70$&@

Prior to getting this app setup on my phone to enable door opening of appt block, my days were governed by checking my phone constantly if any deliveries were due. With this system, if I’m out, I’m now able to open the door for deliveries to be left safely inside my appt block (temporarily) until my return home…….it’s just brilliant, and I couldn’t rate it higher than “giving me back my freedom of movement”.Show lessljmckt

App crashes all the time
It’s simply not working, crashes all the time and comes with error window when not crushing. Unusable and frustrating to say the least.Unhappy zig
