This is such a useful and beautiful agenda app
I love this app I’ve been looking for something that links your calendar and let’s you write out tasks and see them in the same place The list function is a game changer. I write basically a brain dump of all the things I need to do for each project in separate lists. Then schedule just a couple of the tasks from the project for the day. This helps me clear my head and not feel overwhelmed at the same time. The ability to change the names of the list sections for the daily view makes it so customizable. I do most of my scheduling and planning for the day on my iPad. But I have to say the layout of the phone app is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Same with the widgets. The changeable themes come through on the apps and the widget. I did the pro trial and I absolutely think it’s worth the money. I offered to pay for my daughters for her college agenda because I think it’s so useful.Show lessTodo list seeker
The BEST Planning App From Someone Who Has Tried Them ALL
Take it from someone who has tried them ALL. Including paper planners. Notion, google calendar, super expensive custom paper planners and many others. Artful Agenda is the BEST of it all. It combines the best of everything and doesn’t include the bad features. The level of customization this app provides is unbelievable. Feels like a pretty paper planner, functions like the best digital planning app. I love being able to play with color and design. I also am someone who bounces between loving time blocking and checking things off a to-do list, and this app is the best of both worlds. I can sync my work AND personal google calendars, manage tasks, habit track, meal plan, take notes, time block, make lists, journal on my iPad with stylus (handwriting snaps to font text) and SO much more all in one absolutely stunning and aesthetically pleasing app. The ONLY feature this app is missing is the ability to take your tasks and drop them on your calendar in a time block. But they are always making app improvements. I’ve only been using for about 2 months and there has already been updates and improvements. Artful Agenda - you’ve already got yourself a customer for life, but if you see this, I’d love to be able to drop my tasks onto my calendar in a time block😁 if you’re thinking about downloading this app just do it. Wonderful
I was using this during Covid lockdowns to make sure I was still moviated. I absolutely loved it. I wish there was a one time fee you could pay instead of a subscription. If that was the case I would go back to it in a heartbeat.

Buyer Beware
There are loads of add ons for this app that seem like SUCH a great idea, but be warned: this company will not provide refunds for things that you cannot use, and it adds up fast. The agenda itself is cute enough, but does not meet the needs of genuinely busy, organized people who want an all-in-one. This is just another run of the mill ‘cute’ calendar, and really nothing more. Neither the app nor the add ons are worth the price being charged. Loving this
I can’t believe I didn’t try this sooner… I’m loving the app, using it extensively and navigating the learning curve. I love how seamlessly it connects to my calendars and syncs between my devices - no more duplicating my entries. I look forward to future developments - the developers and customer service seem very responsive and the FB group is fantastic and a great support. Well worth the price!Show lessklsaward

I really like this app!
I do best when I can see my schedule and tasks at the same time. While I love digital PDF planners, they don’t work for me very well across devices (can’t update a PDF planner on my phone), it is ridiculously tedious to copy my digital calendar to the PDF planner and I struggled to keep up. I hemmed and hawed on whether to purchase a subscription or “make do” with multiple apps (or put my to-dos on the calendar!) After trying it out with the free trial, I finally decided to go for it. This app takes care of my need to see the schedule and tasks at the same time, keep it digital so I can us it on my phone too, and it looks like a planner which is a nice touch. Plus, stickers! Of course, there are always things you wish you could change, but you can customize a few of the sections to make it suit your needs a little more. I found both customer service and tech support very responsive and very pleasant. Looking forward to some of the future features (color-coding or highlighting tasks). Adulthood ADHD and Artful Agenda
This planner has honestly helped me so much already. I struggle with planning, and keeping on track at all, as I have ADHD and was finally diagnosed at 29 years old this past year. I struggle a lot with feeling overwhelmed by the tasks that I have in front of me, so I need to find a very rigid system and stick to it. This planner has helped me so much because of the color coding, integration with my google calendar, and just the overall satisfying aesthetics of it. I feel peaceful, and my brain does not feel overwhelmed with information when I use this format. I think it’s so vital to find a format and system that works best for you individually, so every planner is a lot of trial and error for all of us. This one happens to work really well for me, even though I struggle with the feeling of “ADHD paralysis” where I procrastinate because there is just too much to do, and I look at the whole picture rather than just a small bit of it. So thankful that I found this app, and have been able to make use of it to meet my needs in work and in life. SO worth the subscription. <3Show lesscreationsbycaitlin
