This app will help you sleep like a baby

I've always had a bit of difficultly keeping track of the quality of my sleep. In terms of managing time, it really becomes the first thing on the chopping block when it comes to making sacrifices when it really shouldn't be! (which is almost encouraged with a culture that puts 'productivity' on a pedestal above all else) Getting the right sleep is highly important and Simba has done a fantastic job in educating me around sleep and sleeping habits in general via the app. There's a lot of false information out there, and this app cuts right through that. Saying that, the app isn't going to do the work for you nor can it. Some effort is required for the best results!!

Loving the app

This app isn't just about tracking your sleep but your energy levels; You can learn what is affecting your sleep quality and look at sleep as a whole. I had no idea what bad habits I had before using the app. And also the app has a lot of tips and tricks that are based on science. Proper expert advice. They have made me rethink how can I rearrange my bedroom to improve my sleep. Those are some really useful tips that you don’t see from other sleep tracking apps and do guide you to sleep better.

Super Easy to Use!

This app is the sleep tracker app I never knew I needed. Super easy to use,

syncs up with my other health stuff - we're talking fitness trackers, the whole

squad. It also has a cool alarm function. And can we talk about the bite sized

sleep modules? It really allows me to learn about my sleep and understand

what bedtime habits are impacting my sleep. If you're not using this

app, you're basically missing out. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Overall great but......

Clever and mostly accurate, but there some annoying errors. For example last night I was in bed for over 8 hours and it was rated as ok. The previous night I was in bed for just under 8 hours and it was rated good. The trends section shows that on one occasion about five weeks ago that I went to bed at 2pm, which is nonsense, I went to bed at almost 11.

App broken

After the latest app update the app doesn't show any sleep results. It looks like it tracks during the night but when you stop the tracking in the morning the graph is blank. Please fix as before the last update it worked great. I'm on the latest ios as well

Just what I’ve been looking for

I’m not a great sleeper by any means and have used sleep trackers for a while. But nothing that I feel is specifically tailored to the way I sleep and definitely nothing that has helped to improve the quality of my sleep.

Simba has offered tips and sleep notes have helped me to almost self-diagnose areas for improvement. My length and quality of sleep has improved greatly and I feel much healthier for it.

There have been a couple of bugs which is not ideal, but these were patched pretty much immediately so didn’t impact my results.

Could be better!

Was good to start off with and saved my data all the time, but now when I wake up it tells me everything it should then when I go back on the app of a night to start tracking all the data from the night before has gone.

Great app but buggy since update

I really want to rate this high because my first couple of weeks using it were great, but for some reason since it has been updated, it’s gone wrong!

The first update since I got it caused the sleep tracking to crash out of the app. This was remedied in a second update, but now it doesn’t seem to save my sleep? I can see the night when I first stop the recording, and until I scroll across to see a previous day, but once I go back there is no data! Where did it go?!

App not recording sleep

App used to work wonderfully until my phone updated and it stopped recording the data. Tried uninstalling and installing the newest version but it still doesn’t log the data- it’s there when I first look at the screen then it disappears and isn’t logged.
The app itself before this is BRILLIANT!!

Best sleep app ever!

So glad I found this app. It’s given me a real insight into my sleep pattern and helped me form a much more positive sleep routine. A good nights sleep makes such a difference to my day and my wellbeing, and now I can track it I feel like it’s getting better and better!
