    I beta-tested the MindLabs app for over a year before its US release and couldn’t wait to support and subscribe on day 1. The instructors are incredible. The amount of content by breathing coach Jamie Clements is worth the subscription price. Everything from anxiety reduction to increased energy level exercise. The video is helpful when showing specific methods, such as alternative nostril exercises. 10/10 recommend it!!
