Why my all rides are cancelled????
Apps good. Company doesn't provide good service.
For the first two I used Royal Cars and, unbelievably, they messed up both bookings which caused me to miss the two trains I had scheduled.
And that added two hours to my work day.
To top it off, the person I spoke to would benefit from going on a customer service training course. Rather than recognising that I was probably a tad frustrated with missing a train for the second time of asking that day, he got defensive and said it wasn't his fault.
If you have to be somewhere at a definite time, I'd advise you to not rely on Royal Cars.
