    It's very frustrating that the app requires need to log back in each time I want to go onto it. Even when I checked to remember me box I still have to login each time.

    I am so sorry that you had a frustrating experience. We appreciate your feedback. "Remember me" is only able to save your username. We do log users out of the app after 15 minutes of inactivity and you are still required to login every time due to privacy and security requirements. We want to ensure your health information is secure and safe. We do have the option to login with face recognition or fingerprint recognition depending on your device. Please let us know if you are having to retype your username or if face recognition or fingerprint recognition is not working.

    Liking this app! One of my favorite features is the ability to track what my family has spent on healthcare so far this year. Also appreciate the convenience of having my ID card in the app, which has come in handy when I left my real one at home.
