Update broke app
Unable to get to seat selection since update 2 days ago. Emailed customer service multiple times with no response.
Why isn’t there a regular app
Why is there only the subscription app?
Only can see time if you buy subscription
I would give this app zero stars if I could! You cannot see any schedule or buy any tickets without a subscription. As that is all that pops up when you click anything, movie or location.
Cant login in
App keeps saying i have the incorrect login information. Ive clicked forgot password many times and created multiple new passwords with no luck in signing in. Deleted the app since it was pointless
DOESN’T LOG ON!!
It keeps telling me that the login is incorrect, yet I can log into the website every time.
Terrible app...
Doesn’t recognize my password that works when I login on my desktop - WORTHLESS!!! Uninstalling today!
Great app for great theater
App has great look, clear instructions. And SMG overall is the best theater! I’ve only ever gotten the very best customer service!
Great theater service but horrible app.
I’ve been going to Studio Movie grill for about 3 years now and I’m absolutely in love with this theater. I honestly call it my home because I go see a movie about once a week. For sometime I’ve been thinking that it would be great if they had an app that could connect our SMG account and I was very excited when I looked here on the App Store and they had one. I immediately downloaded the app and was very disappointed. It’s clear that the application has potential but it’s very difficult to use it when you can’t even sign into it. I got blocked from my account because it says the password is wrong so I changed it to see if that would help and it didn’t. Maybe one day this can be fixed but right now this app is very disappointing.

Love the 4 movies a month but app not good
This app is the slowest app when I wasn’t to get a movie ticket fast it takes the longest time to load every page. One of the most inconvenient app wish you could just purchase the ticket on atom.
