But this could be better if it allowed you to reserve tickets for days later in the week and if it worked with their loyalty program. The rollover date which is next to your name should be bigger or shown elsewhere.
Worse than MoviePass
The app does not work and no one from customer service will get back to me. I even contacted my local theatre to see if they had complaints and or a way to help resolve this. They usually respond within minutes, but no word about this.

Unable to login
I have paid SMG access but the app won't accept the login that the website does. Delete.
Error when booking
I cannot select the seats for the movie and showtime I selected. I’ve tried 50 times to book a movie and all I get is Unknown error occurred. Please try again later. WHAT A JOKE OF A SERVICE. Worse than movie pass

Major Issues #2
I’m having the same issue as the other reviewer and am getting really frustrated. I keep getting error messages and my card was charged. I called and emailed support 3 days ago and no one has gotten back to me. I also just checked again and now it won’t even let me see what movies are in my area. Help!!
