App is so slow even after update

I just updated to the latest version, and the same lag issues are there. Also the store on the app is impossible to use. It wouldn’t allow me to choose a different size of formula. I spend so much money on their products, it would be nice to have a better app development team on their end. I will say their company’s customer support is really nice and helpful. Maybe look into a new app development company because this one is letting you down.

Life Saving!

The Rewards app has been an absolute game changer for my husband and I. We decided to exclusively formula feed since I’m a full time working mama, and we have yet to pay full price for a can of formula in the first two months of my son’s life. We also still have several more coupons left. If it wasn’t for the rewards app, I’m not sure what we’d do!

Good When Working

Good app when it is working well. There have been moments where points won’t refresh causing me to have to log out and back in. There has also been times where uploading an electronic receipt has not been working. However, when things are working as they should, it’s a great app for resources and occasional discounts (which are much appreciated)!

Missing Reward Points/ deleted accounts

I created an account once my baby was born and when I tried to login some weeks later they stated that I didn’t have an account. Was this b/c of inactivity? Maybe .. So I downloaded the app & created a new account. All was well for a week- 2 weeks. i was going in scanning receipts only to find that one day I tried going into the app to find ALL of my points earned so far were gone. It said zero points and there’s no communication on where the points went. My history only documents points earned from joining but nothing else. I’m truly disappointed.

The app is great but the points glitch drives me crazy

I love this app. It’s very useful for a first time mom like myself. Not to mention i purchase a lot of Enfamil for my daughter. However the points are always glitching. One minute i can see my points and the next minute its all gone. Also scanning receipts are the same way, one minute it works fine and the next day you have to try again. If they would fix the points system it would be 5 stars for sure

Great, but some hiccups.

Happy overall with products and app, the only thing is it doesn’t always give you your rewards points when you read articles and give reviews of products. The app owes me a few hundred rewards points, but rather than that, I’m overall happy with everything else and our baby loves the NeuroPro infant formula.

Great help

I was strictly breastfeeding and not concerned with having formula initially. After taking a medication my milk almost entirely dried up. It was very sad to me, but I had to begin formula. As a new mother I was concerned about the costs of formula. Thankfully Enfamil had sent me lots of coupons, even before I had the baby, some $25 off, $15, $5. They helped so much. The app helped me learn about each formula to try and find the best fit. I like that I can also read other parents opinions and perspectives on each product. Also I am greatly appreciate that Enfamil offers occasional rebates for spending over $40. That has been AWESOME.

Helps a lot

Even the $5 discounts they send me in the mail helps. Can save up points and get special offers $30 and $25 off Enfamil or cash rebates. Thank you so much especially for people who struggle. The app is amazing. I did send a few receipts at once last year and didn’t get any points and I threw the receipts away already though was sad about that

Difficult to work with

They do send a gift up front which was nice to see the assortment of product options. There are also good resources for feeding and pooping patterns.

However, actually using the rewards portion of the app is frustrating and clunky at best.

You have to upload receipts to obtain points, then in order to cash out the points you have to upload the receipts again?? Feels like extra steps just for a $5 rebate. Especially when a can is $50.

I apologize for your frustration with our rewards program! Any rebate submitted requires a receipt image, including our rewards rebates. However, our app has recently been updated so that when a receipt is submitted to our rebate program, it will automatically be applied to the rewards program if the receipt has not already been uploaded. I hope this helps!

Always rejects my purchase submissions

I often purchase formula at Target, through the app so I can do drive up. In order to submit, you need to take screen shots of your purchase history, including certain information (date, product, etc). There are literally instructions with pictures of what needs to be included, so I know I’m doing it right. I’d say 3 times out of 4, my submission gets rejected. “Invalid date,” “ineligible products.” What the heck is an invalid date…? I submit them two or three days after I purchase, it’s not like the purchase was six months ago. And ineligible products? Occasionally it DOES accept them, and I only buy ONE specific enfamil product - it’s always the same. There’s just something wrong with the app. On top of that - rewards aren’t really that great. Not going to waste my time with this app anymore.
