Login trouble
When I try to register for an account. It sends me a confirmation code to confirm my enail but there is no place to put it in. Can someone help?
Basic Info
The app only tells you the previous days energy generated. It doesn’t give you real time information regarding panel efficiency, energy generated or ability to check on each panel. It would also be nice to change the theme of the app. Would like the app to be more innovative and informative.

Not working on iPhone 11 pro Max
Hangs after trying to login... couldn’t even login with the rep on the phone trying to show me the app. What a waste of time and “transparency”
Slow to update information
I had to contact customer service because the app updates were not in real time and info was not specific enough to keep me informed about my appointments and install and subsequent inspection and start of my system. Very basic so it fell short of my expectations.
