A must have!
I’ve been an ADI for 12+ years; I’ve used, tested and slathered all sorts of savvy tech software.
This one is fully customisable, user friendly, and incredibly easy to use.
Admin are easy to get hold of and help is on hand when needed - Also have their own FB group where other ADI’s are around to offer assistant and help where needed.
Reflective logs are fully interactive and customisable.
There’s Minimal cancellations, and hardly any txt messages “when is my next lesson?!”
Students get notifications of lesson times and their progress- this on its own saves a lot of time!
Has a built in finance system which in its own saves a massive amount of time, easy to use and easy to chase up missed payments - nearly forgot - this is also fully customisable!
Although I’ve not used this part to it’s full potential the waiting list application is also a widely used and useful bit of kit, very handy when you get last minute cancellations as they can get filled very quickly with little/no extra effort.Show lessSpyder_steve

Amazing app, always adding new features that other apps will soon copy and have been, every time TotalDrive add something new the others will follow, and not even subtlety. Tom and the team do an amazing job and keep regular contact with their customers to develop this app and make it what all us instructors want, the other apps will do similar job but only TotalDrive will do the job.Show lessGazlappy
Game changer
I’ve tried a few diary management apps - both ADI and fitness/therapy apps and this is the easiest and most beneficial one out there. I love the lesson gap feature which really fills my diary without any effort, the customisable reflective log, T&C’s and progress log keeps everything easily organised.
The “get directions” feature on the mobile app is a life saver, especially for anyone not working where they live. We all know managing a diary can be tedious.
This feels such a personal service and I feel the developers really care about their users, your not just a ‘number’ can’t recommend highly enough.Show lessnattirar
TotalDrive App - The very best of the best
No other driving school app can compare to TotalDrive. I love it and most importantly my students love it too. I gain so many customers as a direct result of using this app. Awesome and extraordinary do not begin to describe just how unique and outstanding this app is. I am a fully qualified instructor I have been using total drive since July when I went independent,
I have to say that it’s made my life easier from managing my diary to doing the financial stuff.

I’ve been using total drive for a while now and I can say it’s the best £10 a month i spend. Lesson progress , diary management , easy to fill cancellations , pupils love it. Excellent app for ADI’s
I’ve been using total drive for a month and can’t fault this app, its excellent and makes life so much easier having everything in one place. My students love the pupil app being able to track payments, progress and update reflective logs. The free lesson notification has reduced my no shows :) I previously used my drive time but find this app much better - the support team are also quick to make any changes updates that are suggested. Brilliant brilliant System.
So impressed with TotalDrive, as it’s an app and a desktop system I can’t even just call it an App!! It does everything I’d want and then some. The diary is fantastic- this alone has paid for it as I added an available last minute lesson and a student snapped it up! Being able to put in lesson payments and all my receipts means I’m already looking forward to my tax return next year as this will save me so much time. Having an app that is also for my students so they can track their progress is massively important and so far all my students love it. They can see exactly where they are and what’s more there are links for them to follow when it comes to booking tests and links to my website.
The guys developing this are quick to respond and so far issues have been very few and far between. Like all new apps there is some room for improvement... but more on ease of use than anything big. Feedback has been welcomed so far and there’s been nothing that would make me hesitate to buy. A well thought through and highly useful system for any ADI to use.

Total Drive - Totally Brilliant!
Been using Total Drive for over a month now, i asked for so many features and they were implemented quickly. They really want a product that helps us driving instructors be more productive.
My pupils love the pupil app, and it helps them to know where they are in their learning journey and keep track of their hours and upcoming lessons.
