I don’t believe that test was ever there and they do this to suggest that their app does work and they find a test for x% of users - when in reality they don’t.
Apple won’t refund you either, despite explaining the app doesn’t do what it says it will do. Save your money or find a better app.
I stopped using this app and found my own cancellation within a couple of hours.

We strive to send notifications for available test dates, but occasionally technical issues or phone settings can interfere. We assure you the test dates shown are legitimate, and we're investigating why you missed the notification. Due to the high demand for DVSA test slots, earlier test dates can be taken very quickly. We strive to improve this experience for our users and offer both manual and automatic booking options. We offer a simple manual booking mode where we send notifications to all users matching the criteria, but this does mean that slots can be highly competitive. Additionally, we have an option in manual booking, where we keep the test dates available for 5 minutes to give users time to book. However, we recommend taking advantage of the automatic booking feature. This option increases your chances of getting an earlier test by automating the process. Best Regards, Support Team
