Useless

This does not keep up to date with all of the weekend freeway closures. The only reason that I downloaded it.

Ridiculously difficult to use

Streamline the functions, this is not worth the trouble it takes to figure out.

App interrupts so often it is unusable.

Don’t even know if it is functional at all. Interrupts with messages before any use can be made of it.

Completely unusable - just spinning “loading”

App is useless. Wish I could use it but every time I attempt to put in my source/destination (Phoenix to Munds park) it just sits there in the “loading” mode and never brings back results. Great to know our taxpayer dollars pay for this crappy app experience. I’ll try again next month, maybe it will work then?

Disappointing

The information is completely inadequate especially for the mountains in the winter. AZ isn’t just Phoenix. This is 100 times better than a few years ago but AZ you have a long way to go. Look at WY, UT, CA. These are examples of adequate apps. Maybe take a lot of tips from them.

Won’t log In

Says log in info is wrong.

Spoiler alert: it’s not.

This app is not updated for road closures

The Arizona fires have closed roads and yet this app is taking me on a route that is closed. The Camp Verde 260 exit on the I17 has been closed for several days and yet that’s the route this app is taking me.

Not up to date

Backbone fire closures were not accurate and gave me two options to travel to Pine AZ even though both routes were closed.

Crap compared to the website

The AZ551.gov website clearly illustrates the entire section of road closures. The app however just shows the POINT of the closure. Unless you zoom in and separate grouped notifications to find the POINT of the closure it’s impossible to determine if a section of roadway is open or closed. Literally the most helpful potential of the app, missed.

Cameras?

What’s with the traffic cameras on the AZ511 app? Many of the cameras, particularly the ones out of the Phoenix area are inoperable, pointed the wrong way, or are not showing current photos. The rural cameras could be very helpful if maintained properly.
