  • Disrespectful for the clients. Not user friendly.

    The app don’t work well. With all the money you make you should hire someone to fix it and make it user friendly.
  • Can’t Log In

    Seems like a nice enough app, however I cannot log in using my credentials. I verified credentials multiple times by logging in on a browser. App won’t let me in though. Will have to use the browser and set my own reminders.
  • Despise the website on phone browser and this app

    I’ve never had a smooth log in experience here nor the web browser on the phone. My passwords are always stated incorrect and only let me log in when I reset password and then log in with the new password just recently created. I’ve even saved my password recently on my phone so it would automatically log in and that didn’t work, input the password that I most recently changed to just to log in and STILL DID NOT WORK. Now I’m locked out again for the third time now since I’ve been making payments. I just wanna pay! Don’t yall want my money 🙄.
    Just to add my review is only for browser from phone experience as this app probably worked for me once that’s it.

    Being a relatively new user, I find the app easy to use. For me personally, I feel it takes too many steps to get where I want to go.
    Example:
    •When I make a one-time pymt, I would like it to be easier to find how much of one-time pymt. is principle & how much is interest.
    •Or fewer steps to get to one-time pymt.
    I am sure w/ more exposure, I will get faster.
  • Cannot fix recurring payment

    I have tried to set-up a recurring payment for nth time and still never payments get processed, and then shows my account is past due and automatically deletes the recurring payment.

    To prove, I have emails from every time I have set up a recurring payment. I spoke with an associate once and I was confirmed that on their end she did not see a recurring payment and was unsure why that happened.

    Secondly, I have a debit card attached for the payment and when I tried to make a one time payment, it failed multiple times but with the same card details I gave it to associate it went thru. Associate also confirmed she sees the transaction declined but couldn’t understand why that was happening.

    I am highly frustrated with this service group. I am expediting on my payments to close my account ASAP.

    In the first place I never chose them for the service but was transferred as stupid STILT decided to close their business and transfer the loan to random company.

  • Really!!

    App to check my loan but can not register!! And once it supposedly “registered” I still can’t log in!!!

    This was very easy to use it also verified my Identity before continuing with the process I chose great job 👍🏾

    The app looks outdated. I can only pay my loans off at midnight and sometimes even though my card bounces the payment I check the app and it says I don’t owe anything even though my card rejected the charge. Pretty confusing.

  • I mean it’s a student loan app…

    Kinda weird that they’d even ask me to write a review. It’s not like anybody really wants to use this app but for what it is, it’s serviceable. Easy to use, easy to make payments. Doesn’t crash. About what you’d expect from any lender demanding your money.

    Updated to one star after a snarky response from the developer. Everybody who uses this app knows what the company does, no need to go out of your way to correct a captive user.
