Worst App
The app is very different to use, no matter using Alipay to connect or using the app directly. Your App developers are so bad! When I used Alipay to connect PandaRemit, every time after I verified my bank account, it asked me to close the page and go back the app to continue, and there is NO such thing as “continue!”! It only showed a pending transaction and asked to verify and link bank account again! I tried at least time times! Evan created another transaction! Then I tried using the app directly, I though it might because I was using Alipay, but NO, this time I even can’t verify my bank account! After I clicked the bank name , it never redirected to PLAID! “Continue “ never works! Never have such a bad user experience! And customer service are useless!Show lessLiangsit

App had bugs that doesn’t let you connect to bank to complete transfer and the solution from The company was to wait till the next App update!!! Most ridiculous App & customer service.M3TP
Great app, great rates, great costumer service
This is a great app for transferring money to China. I have looked into several others and this one gives the best rates. One user reported that their advertised rate is higher than the actual rate. This is not strictly true. On the homepage, they indicate the current exchange rate. However, if you check how much RMB will be transferred / $1000, you can see very clearly what rate they give you. I have looked into several different companies and this one gives you the most RMB for your USD. I highly recommend it. I also found their customer service to be very prompt and helpful. I had some difficulty with linking my bank, I got escalated to customer service rep 77 (qi qi) and she was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed. Cheat on the exchange rate
The actual exchange rate in the app is worse than advertised on their website. When I tried to make my first transfer from USD to CNY, they claim that the transaction was failed and held my money for 2 weeks. In the meantime , there is no way to get the money back. When USD strength, the transaction miraculously went through. Essentially you are paying them to gamble with your money.Show less...-..-.-

Bad customer service system
Keep you on the line and never connects. It keeps you out of the line after certain minutes, and when you renter the conversation box, you restart the line. Don’t ever try to ask them anything, no one will be helping.irenenenenenen
