What a terrible system. If a class books out you can no longer see it. No wait list option. App developers obviously don’t read the countless bad reviews. There are so many better options out there.

Works ok, needs some changes

Agree with the other person about still having full classes show. And also would be good if it told you if you have already booked into a class, without having to go back to the my schedule screen
And it would be good if classes it could sync with phone calendar

Not user friendly

As someone who likes to use the virtual sessions at the gym when there aren’t classes on; I find the fact that you can’t see a class once it’s booked out very annoying - as you keep having to double check the timetable. Every other fitness app I have used has a waitlist function and shows full classes- and I don’t understand why you wouldn’t have these options available.

Thanks for fixing glitch

Just wish we knew another update was created. I search everywhere to fix problem. Not even businesses using app knew what was happening

Thank you for your review. In our recent update there was an issue if your device had display zoom set. We released an update within a few hours that corrected this issue. Thank you for the further information and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused. We will endeavour to make sure our customers receive immediate notifications in addition to the App Store notification from Apple. Active World does fully support a browser interface as well as the App and access to the system was not interrupted via the browser. Your username and password are the same as what you use in the app. The Browser is mobile aware so can run from your iPhone.

Confusing

When I signed up I added card details etc. for the first few months I was getting late payment fees because my card details then were ‘logged’ on the app and it was so confusing to navigate when trying to fix this

Wont open now

Just did the forced update and the app wouldnt even open to book classes. Deleted and reinstalled then got as far as the first home page and the keyboard freezes infront of selections trying to find the centre. It also doesnt say what the options its looking for are ie I think one is meant to be postcode? Cant even get past the home screen let alone log in/book classes for tomorrow. Very disappointing “update”

Wont load

Since the update I can’t even access the app! It opens I select the centre then put in my email and password and it shuts down. Tried doing it on my iPad, no problem!!! Surely this is an app mostly used by people on their phones ! Very frustrating Have no ability to check or book classes and no access pass to enter the facility !

Thank you for your review. We are continuing to work on the Home Screen to improve usability and to allow the user to customise their view.

User interface worse update ever.

The update to the UI makes it harder to book and in general is very ugly. Poor management to let it go this direction.
