What have you done to your app??!!- it was great and easy - now Hopeless - since I updated I can’t access app at all now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled over and over - screen frozen in set up. I have updated iPhone updates . I can’t use app so logging into my schedule via web . Once great now terrible

Thank you for your review. In our recent update there was an issue if your device had display zoom set. We released an update within a few hours that corrected this issue.
App keeps crashing after update!
After the recent update, the app keeps on crashing on startup. So frustrating. Now I can’t see my son’s swim schedule.

I run my active world app on my iPad. Because l find it easier to see.
Unfortunately I can not find how to also permanently install a app for my iPhone, for when I book in at my centre.
I have to go to apple apps and search for your site and open.

Another great Aqua class with Zvitka this morning. Just 2 of us in the class so there was nowhere to hide!!! Can always rely on her delivering a purposeful 45 min class & I am starting to see the results.

Active world
Even with an active subscription I cannot book classes. I have deleted the app many times & reinstalled. It is absolute rubbish!

Thank you for your feedback. We are uncertain of exactly what you mean by cannot book classes with the app - if you could send more details to us via our website it will assist our support team looking into this issue for you.
Clunky
It’s not as easy and doesn’t flow like other fitness apps (MINDBODY for eg). When booking multiple classes I keep being returned to the menu and have to select the class every time. A ‘favorites’ would be good so I don’t have to search through classes I’m never going to attend. Difficult to read the classes in 1 long list. Should be separated by day. If classes are full they disappear from the search, unable to tell if class has been cancelled or is just full and it doesn’t tell you if you have booked a class already until you are at the ‘confirm booking’ page. A waitlist would be excellent so you know what chance you have of getting into a class. Also syncing to calendar would be really useful and a counter to show how many classes you have attended as well. The home page and the menu also have the same options, why double up? I’m not gonna book a class from the menu when the option is the first thing that appears as soon as you open the app

Cant update swim lessons
I used to be able to change my children's swim lessons under Book weekly lesson, but since they have moved up a level it no longer shows up and I can’t do anything. The center has said that a lot of their members are having the same issue.
Very frustrating as I now have to always get a staff member to do this instead of being able to do it myself via the app.

Class bookings
If a class is booked out, leave it visible so we know the class is still on. People always pull out, especially early in the morning. Would be good to know at 5:30am.
Allow people to pull out of classes up until they start instead of the hour before currently in place. See above re early mornings.
Put a wait list option on classes so when someone does pull out you can be notified to grab a spot. Again see above re early mornings.

App is good, like to see new feature
The app is good, though I mainly use it to get into my gyms through the entrance gates.
I would like to see a new feature where I can access my gym through the gate not only on the app, it through the Apple wallet. It would be nice once added to the wallet, what gym access it is, member holder, membership tier (is applicable), and when trying to go in the gym, to have access to membership barcode and nfc (nfc if applicable)

It’s okey
Been booking my gym classes with this app, it’s okey but have couple of opportunities for developers to make it better 👍 and also, one annoying feature 🙈
1st when you choose a central and a day to make a booking would be great if it dose not resets a search back to empty fields, so each time if you want to make 2 or more booking for some day you have to re-entry search parameters each time.
No about the annoying thing 😭
When you book a class and confirm your name it’s showing your age progress 🙈 (Anatoly 25.8 years) and I am not sure if that’s just me but I don’t want to know that I am getting close to next number each time I make booking for a gym class 😣
