Rest assured if your claim was submitted successfully through Agent Hub that it was received by Aflac HQ. Please use the Report an Issue feature in the app to notify us so we can research the specific cases you're referencing and address any confusion. Agent Hub leverages uses the same authentication process that is standard across all Aflac systems. We apologize if this feels clunky but we have to comply with Aflac security policies and procedures to ensure our systems are kept safe. We recently added the ability for your to upload images from your phone's gallery during the claims process. This should hopefully provide you with additional flexibility when getting document images added to a claim submission. You are currently unable to attach other file types but we do have this on our backlog to improve in the future.
