Wonky, bulky, slow
First of all why did I have to download a brand new app and not have the old one just update like every other app out there. I had no idea there was even this new app out. App isn’t very easy to use and when looking at pictures overlays get in the way. Just not a fan.Spanks004
Horrible app
This used to be a great app that was easy to use and navigate. The update has made it completely unusable I would recommend just using the website instead now because it at least still is navigable.harrymcclellan
No more SIR
I have never left an app review before. This app is so horrible I felt compelled to leave my first review.
I’ve recommended SIR to countless people because it was the best real estate app. Imagine my embarrassment when they download the new app. This app is clunky, looks terrible, and is ultimately useless.USA ROG

Sotheby’s looses touch
This app isn’t well designed at all. The former style is so much more clean and smooth to navigate. It’s shocking Sotheby’s would deliver an app of this poor caliber. This app takes the brand down with it...John Support
Terrible update
What happened?!? When I updated to this new version of the app I was shocked how difficult to use and visually unappealing it is. Please bring back the old app!ElizabethM44

The newest version is cumbersome and unintuitive. The previous version was much better. Please restore the previous version! Otherwise Zillow is my only option.Your Mayor
Poor update - disappointing
Did a college co-op create this update while on spring break? This was a go to app of mine and now I’ve deleted it. The app is slow and horribly formatted.
1) There’s a huge banner across the top with Sotheby’s name. Yes, I get it, you’re proud. I know I’m using Sotheby’s app and nobody should be looking over my shoulder to see it for advertising. That’s just creepy. The banner serves no purpose.
2) Search by map no longer has a drawing function to circle the area of interest. Haven’t figured out how to refine my search in this feature.
3) Zooming and planning on the map has a weird refresh rate. The map little bit of the map you see (because of the huge banner in the way) blinks uncontrollably.
4) Search by menu is just as slow and “blinky”.
5) There’s more, but I’m just tired of writing.
This is disappointing and I hope they go back to the original.Marc H. - The Great!!!
