  • They won’t give me my reward

    They won’t give me my $20 Starbucks reward because they have a problem with my legal name. they keep telling me I have to change it, but when I tried it is stuck in place and I am unable to change it. Plus, what would I change it to anyway when I wrote down what was on my birth certificate. I am probably going to delete it and I would not recommend this app to anyone. especially people whose parents gave them a unique name, or if you were not given a name from the English language. that’s the excuse Leo uses to not give you your rewards.

    Sometimes it works, but frequent issues (no code, already-used code).

  • App bug toujours

    J’ai adoré cette app et il était facile de ramasser des points. Cependant, depuis plus d’un an je ne peux pas y accéder. Je suis sur iPhone, toutes les mises à jours sont faites, l’app a été supprimé et remis pleins de fois. À chaque fois c’est la même chose quand on veut l’ouvrir c’est un écran blanc. J’ai déjà attendu 10min sans succès. Pourtant mon réseau est au top. Bref, j’ai arrêté depuis parce que je n’arrive jamais à ouvrir l’app malgré les maintes communications avec le service client.
    Autrement, j’aime le concept et les mini jeux pour les points.

    J’adore cette application, ce n’est vraiment pas une arnaque. On vous propose des sondages qui varient en terme de temps et vous devez y répondre pour ensuite obtenir des points. Lorsque vous avez 10 000 points ou plus vous pouvez échanger ces points pour des récompenses. Vous pouvez utiliser ces points pour obtenir des cartes cadeaux de 10$ ou 20$ ou encore faire un don. Dans mon cas pour obtenir une carte cadeau de 20$ ça m’a pris 5 mois. Cependant il y a des jours que je n’allais pas en faire donc ça aurait pu être moins long. J’ai donc échangé mes points contre une carte cadeau Amazon de 20$ et je l’ai bel et bien reçu j’ai ensuite passé ma commande Amazon avec succès! Je vous conseille vraiment cette application!

  • How I feel about this App

    It’s very easy to navigate and surveys are pretty easy as well. I know some survey apps there are too many and most you are just disqualified from after answering questions for 15 minutes, at least that isn’t the case here. That’s actually my only complaint, the surveys are too far apart to actually see the rewards. 1-2 a month seems a little absurd, should be 1-2 a week. Just saying

  • Works but takes forever

    The surveys give points related to how many minutes the survey is expected to take. 10 minutes = 1000 points. This estimation can be off and it gets annoying when a 10 minute survey takes 15 or 20.

    I racked up 25000 points and redeemed a PS gift card for $25 which I did receive after a month of placing my order.

    This is legit just don’t expect to benefit quickly.

    Emails are a little spammy but they can be toggled off.

  • Missing Reward, No Customer Service

    Good until it’s not. I cashed out my points for a $20 Amazon e-gift card on February 24th (it’s now March 18th). It showed a delivery date of March 5th. That date came and went without any gift card. I reached out later that week just to see what was up and when I could expect to see the gift card. The gift card is now 2 weeks late and it’s been over a week since I first reached out, with no reply. I’ve since reached out two more times, nothing.

    Customer service is nonexistent. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anymore, unless you’re lucky enough to never need their customer service.

  • You’ll never get your prize

    When I started using the app, I would get at least one survey per day and I was able to rack up 19400 points. Ever since I got this close to 20k points, I’m barely getting surveys and when I do, I go through the whole survey for them to tell me I don’t match the targeted group and give me 50 points instead of the 1000 points indicated.
    If I am not a match, I should be kicked out at the beginning of the survey when I answer the triage questions, not after spending 10 minutes answering the survey.
    After reading other reviews, it seems their algorithm is pretty on point so don’t waste your time with this app, you won’t get anything out of it…

  • Scam

    This app seems like a scam. I have submitted my points several times for digital gift cards and never received them. It’s been weeks; far longer than the suggested amount of time to receive them. I have reached out to customer support twice and never received a reply. And now I’m not receiving any new surveys. Don’t waste your time.
