Very hard to gain points
Immediately after signing up for the app you get a few surveys to do to amass “points” which you can then use to get amazon gift cards, Starbucks gift cards... but after those first surveys you only get one or two a week. It’s makes getting enough points for an actual reward nearly impossible and just not worth the storage it takes up on my phone.Show lessIsabella7831

Hi Isabella, We send surveys to respondents whose demographic profiles match our study requirements. Among this group of people, a random distribution is performed to ensure that our studies are statistically valid. You may therefore receive a few surveys on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis, depending on current needs. The amount of points (money) you get for your time answering surveys is not worth it. You are way better off getting a part-time job. The amount of personal information the surveys want is ridiculous and they repeat questions. There are other surveys out there that pay way better than this one.starblazer_87

For most of our surveys, we need to gather opinions from general audiences, however, some studies have much more specific criteria and are looking for feedback from very specific groups. These studies may ask for more demographic information than usual to confirm that the respondents answering them meet the criteria outlined. I submitted my first paypal redemption on April 4th and have not received it yet. I submitted several queries but noone cares to respond yet. They don’t pay so make sure you do not waste your time on this app, they are not gonna pay. I have already wasted lot of my time on this filling multiple surveys.Stay away people!!
Update: After several follow ups they finally gave me my first redemption after almost 2 months so I changed their rating from one star to three stars. I have submitted another one. I will make it 5 if they follow the timeline for the rewards.

Starting to get fraudulent survey
I’ve started to do survey on Leo a couple months ago and it was really well done. You get a survey and you answer a couple questions to know if you can do the survey based on the criteria they’re looking for, and if you’re not selected they still give you 50 points to rewards you. Lately, I’ve been having problems with their survey, because they do the selective processes but let you do the survey, and they don’t pay you at the end, because they say they have reached the number of participants for your group. I’ve tried to report the problem to the service, but they don’t see a problem with that. I won’t be doing any survey anymore, because they let fraudulent one in the bunch.Show lessKdc6794

Hello, We're sorry you're experiencing difficulties. Some of our surveys have quite a few screening questions at the beginning because they are looking for a very specific group of people. In these cases, the qualification process takes longer than usual. I finally built up enough LEO points to cash out a $20 PayPal reward! I was very excited and felt the time was worth it. However, the money said it would be deposited into my PayPal around December 20th 2019. It is now March 12th and still nothing!! For the past 3 months I have been contacting support from the app and have had no response to say anything! I have even gone as far as to tweet at them about it. The reward still says “waiting” under the status for it in my history tab! Complete waist of my time and clearly a scam.Show lessJazzMan13/8

Make it so users stay logged in, it’s super annoying logging in everytime I click this app. I have other survey apps and NONE do this.Cataphoria

I love how there is an app for LEO now! So much easier to answer surveys using the app. I have been using LEO since 2018 and the cashbacks and surveys are awesome! Thank you LEO! More surveys and rewards to come.
