  • I don’t have surveys

    every day i check on the app to see if i have some surveys to do for points but it say i completed all the surveys for today which i didn’t and i don’t habe points for “completing” them either. I have also completed setting up my account.

    i also don’t like how i have to log in every time when i open the app and it happens even when i press remember me.

    i would like a developer to respond to help me with my problems.

    other than that this app is amazing and i hope over the years there are going to be more gift card choices.

    Je suis extrêmement déçue de Léo. Ça fait plusieurs années que je fais des sondages avec Léo. Malheureusement, je n’ai jamais reçu ma dernière récompense (20$ PayPal) alors que je n’ai jamais eu de problème auparavant. J’ai contacté le service à la clientèle par courriel à 2 reprises : sans nouvelle. J’ai contacté le service à la clientèle par téléphone et j’ai laissé un message vocal : sans nouvelle. À suivre…

De plus, veuillez noter que lorsque les membres ne reçoivent pas leur récompense, c'est souvent parce qu'ils n'ont pas vérifié leurs courriers indésirables pour les e-mails de l'équipe LEO, vérifié s'il y a des erreurs dans leurs informations de contact sur leur profil, vérifié que leur province est à jour et vérifié s'ils disposent d'un téléphone portable capable de recevoir des codes par SMS lorsqu'ils font des réclamations.   • Never got my payout

    I used to love this app. I would use it daily and claim regular payouts. However the past 2 times that I cashed out, I never received the gift cards. Support never responded to my multiple emails either.

    Hello, We apologize for this inconvenience. We receive a very high volume of communication, and it's possible that the response time may be slightly longer. Furthermore, please note that when members do not receive their reward, it is often because they have not checked their junk mail for emails from the LEO Team, verified if there are any errors in their contact information on their profile, confirmed that their province is up to date, and ensured they have a cellphone that can receive text message codes when making claims.   • Disappointed long term user

    I have been doing surveys for LEO years and only recently noticed that they completely stop sending me surveys for long periods of time if I make more than $20 a month. This is very disappointing considering how much effort I put into doing every single survey they send me and how much information I have given them over time so I am considering moving to another platform.

    Hi Kaitlin, The quantity of surveys you receive has no correlation with the number of points you possess. We send surveys to panelists whose demographic profiles match the requirements of each study. Then, within the same profile group, a random distribution is performed in order to ensure the statistical validity of our studies. Therefore, you may receive a few surveys on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis, depending on current needs and how often your profile matches the one we are looking for.   • Not great

    Not sure why, but I was sent several surveys the first day I created my account and have not had access to a single new one since. When you have to get to 20,000 points through completing surveys to be able to cash anything out, it seems like a bit of a waste to keep the app

  • Waste of time, poor pay, huge scam

    Please save yourself the time of using this app. It’s absolutely brutal. It took two months to make a $20 reward. And what they did is sent surveys constantly until you reach $19.00 and you’re a dollar away from
    Cashing out that’s when the surveys stop or trickle in. The big scam is today for example I once again fell for the scam of responding to a survey for 1300 points, did the entire survey (10-12 minutes) and at the end it said sorry you don’t qualify and it paid me 50 points. This happens way too much! Don’t join, it’s awful! The LEO company gets paid and you don’t! Your responses and time is used to make them profit. Stay away!

  • Why was I deactivated / put more surveys

    I was using this app for one year and everything was going great and I got a payment for PayPal once and then a couple of months later I just deactivated for no reason and I’ve been trying to contact the team for 1 to 2 business days and then I sent him another email because I never responded to the last email that I did now the only way I can get their services is through the website I can’t even get in on the app and everything is correct and when I went to go to forgot password it said I was deactivated once I deactivated for I was doing everything correctly so somebody from the team please contact me because I really wanna know what happened thanks I don’t do much reviews on apps so this is kind a like my first one

  • Intended for Canadians

    This is a great way to put a few Aeroplan miles into your account BUT just like Aeroplan this company is Canadian centric so don’t expect to qualify for many surveys if you are not Canadian, eh?

    A fun entertainment for the evenings after work.
    I would prefer more variety of surveys to choose from.

    I receive several surveys a week and even when I don’t have the right profile I still get points and chance to win
    Layout is nice except that it doesn’t have the landscape layout for iPad
    All in all a good App!
