  • Terrific, but …

The app is really good and has been wonderfully helpful for me. The advertising, however, makes it a total pain in the neck. If I could afford to, I would spend the money to bypass them. As it is, I frequently just close the app and do something else. The adds used to only last around fifteen seconds. Now, some go for a minute or more. They’re so long that I’ve lost my train of thought by the time they’re over. My firm policy is to never do business with any of the advertisers and I do the same with those on You Tube.

  • Best tool for voice training

Fantastic tool with everything you need to voice train! I highly recommend!
  • Wow!! Great app!! Very helpful to me and my needs

I am a man with a very high voice and this app allowed me the tools that I needed to really train it and make it deeper. I haven’t seen any app quite like it that works so well and gives me the exact things I need to work on my voice. If you are looking to change the pitch of your voice or even get better at talking and speaking this app will provide you with all the tools necessary for completely free and easily accessible.

  • Best Voice Therapy Reality Check

The first thing I learned when I started voice therapy and downloaded this app: the voice you hear internally does NOT match what others hear. This tool is a godsend for tracking progress and letting you know what your voice sounds like to others.
  • It’s fine, missing a huge feature

It’s amazing at the metrics it sets out to analyze, but those metrics aren’t really always the best for determining vocal sex. It can track pitch and volume pretty well, but it would be a lot more helpful if it could analyze resonance as well since that’s the main aspect to perfect when vocal training. I’m not sure how plausible that is to implement from a technical standpoint but it is definitely misleading since speaking in a male or female range isn’t that difficult for most people, while getting the desired darkness or brightness in the voice is what you’re more after.

  • Love it!

Thanks so much for creating a free app for TGNC folks! I love all the features that this app has, including a spec, ability to save 30 seconds worth a recording, short sentences to practice, pitch sound generator, reminder to hydrate, and the analysis of the rainbow passage. This is a definite go to for me and all the by trans siblings. I wish there could be a way to save voice practice files weekly. Thank you!
