Looks and feels like a program from the late 90's. I haven't been able to schedule service yet, but it appears that the app is functional. FYI- They send the PIN required to use the app to your email, not your phone.
Also, the service intervals offered don't match up with the service intervals in the owner's manual and they don't list what those services include, as they also list separate individual services that may, or may not, be included in each interval.It works OK

I booked and confirmed at a service center who calls me a couple days later to cancel because they don’t have any lifts.
Transferred me local Quirk service center and they tell me they’re booked out 2 weeks for an oil change!
I go through the app for this service center and schedule is wide open and booked 4 days from nowmike-2761
Terrible app
Quirk needs to get with it. There are less successful dealerships out there that have better apps. Quirk Kia has no help to answer phones which would push one to use the app but it doesn’t allow you to schedule appointments for anything except manufacturer’s mileage service recommendations. Complete garbage Danny! Next time I’ll buy a car from Herb ChambersGregD7

it just doesn’t work. it says it has sent a pin code to me but i don’t get anything. so this app isn’t meant for anyone to use anymore?Gamer qqq
Waste of your time….
Have scheduled 2 appointments on this app & BOTH have had to be rescheduled. First one was supposedly due to insufficient staffing so not totally the apps fault. This time though…. Apparently they’re fully booked!!! Worst service department & terrible app!!!Geckos2005!
Terrible app
I used this app and it was good for the first time. Then someone upgraded it and it’s bad. I can log on but cannot save any information needed so I can’t schedule at all through this app.Irischic29

No account should be needed to schedule a service appointment.
Who’s idea is this should have a swift termination for this crap.
