Pay double
App is great but I had to pay twice once I signed in to my other device never unlocked even tho it said it was free. Update Apple refund me the second charged, but developers should be able to fix this issue no way I’ll pay for the same app in the different device with the same Apple ID, you also can not do family sharing. App itself is good!

My 2 yo loves this game. I had a little issue after purchasing the levels, contacted them through their site and they were more than helpful. And I appreciated that.
You don’t double pay
Purchased the game and they didn’t unlock came to the comments to see if there was anyone else with the same problem...
IT iS AN EASY FIX
Remove card from payment method just in case so you know you don’t get double charged (but it’s not necessary) then act like you are going to purchase the game again and then it will have a pop up that says:
you have already purchased this game do you want it for free.
Press yes then they will unlock. ;)

The app won’t restore my purchase
I purchased the rest of the game to unlock the other levels and it won’t unlock them. My card statement says three dollars was charged but the app won’t restore my purchase. I need help because my son loves this game and I don’t want him to keep playing the same two sample levels over and over again.

What did I pay for???
My 2yr old has really grown to love and learn from this game and the only 2 unlocked options. After having for sometime I finally caved in and purchased in order to unlock the remaining letters. Well it took my money and I still do not have the ability to unlock the remaining letters. So I ask what did I pay for?? What unlocks the remaining letters? Can I get my money back!

Family sharing doesn’t work!
I bought this app because it says it works with family sharing, I have 3 kids, I can’t afford to pay the same app 3 times for every game I buy for them. If you go to the information it says it supports Family Sharing. I wish, but it doesn’t. So I will request a refund I will update my review if they fix the problem or refund my money.

Great Game and Customer Service!
My daughter is 16 months and loves this app, and her grandma was extremely happy with the app and how well my daughter could catch on.
I couldn’t figure out how to restore the purchase I made so I emailed the creator and they are soooo quick to respond. They are also extremely patient as I couldn’t figure where to find the item to tap, and sent me screenshots to guide me.

Fourth request
You are not responding. Paid for and the additional screens. Paid. Screens on iPhone work fine. Additional screens will not display on IPad after tapping restore multiple times. Yes I cleared the screen each time I used restore. How do I get restore to complete on my iPad?????

Disappointed
My 2yr old loves the free version of this game so I bought the paid version in order to unlock it. It never unlocked. I essentially just paid for the free part. Very disappointed.
