  • No Sound

This app has such great potential. I have no sound on my end. I’ve tried un-installing and re-installing; still no sound. It would be great if the app said things like, “A is for apple, A is for ant, and A is for alien.” The app may be programmed to work on phonics and letters in such a way but without sound, I wouldn’t know. Disappointing.

  • Wa Why is this is great

It is good for little kids. They will learn better and better.
Thank you for making apps that are free
  • The Counting Portion is Disappointing

I paid for the full set because my 18mo son absolutely loves the game. He wants to play every morning. The graphics are beautiful, the music isn’t annoying even with it playing repeatedly, but I was sorely disappointed by the counting section. In the pictures, it shows multiple apples, so I figured it would have multiple of one thing that the child would be counting as they placed the pictures in the slots. The counting level actually consists of just random pictures totaled up to the number, which a toddler will not easily differentiate from following the alphabet section. Please consider changing this, as I feel awfully mislead.

  • No audio after payment...so I thought!

No way to restore purchase. But I’ve finally figured it out. You just have to delete and reopen the app like 5 times, agree to getting it for free, since restoration of payment does not work, turn your silent mode on and off 3 times, put the volume on max, and voula!
  • Couldn’t transfer to iPad

I purchased the app on my iPhone 10. The problem was when my son swiped the objects into place, it activated the features on my phone and closed the game. I then attempted to use the app on my iPad using the same Apple ID. I was unable to do so. There’s a button indicating that I can restore my purchase. When you press it, it says that the purchase is restored, but nothing happens. I shouldn’t be forced to pay another $2.99 so my kid can play a game I already purchased on another one of my devices.

  • Unable to access on all devices

My two year old loves the game. However, after about a week, somehow most of the games became locked again. I attempted to restore my purchase and although it says restored successfully, it has not been restored. I am however able to access on my iPad.
  • Thank you so much DEC 1 reviewer

My 2 y/o nephew fell in love with this game and after a week he is finally learning letters. If you’re reading this please look at the review posted on Dec 1 it gives the instructions for the roundabout way of getting the other levels. I’m excited to see my nephew continue to learn and grow.
  • No sound to support the purpose of the game

The game is great but how kids are supposed to learn the alphabet and the words associated with the letters if the game has no sound? The first time I used the app the sound was on and my baby was able tu repeat the letters and words, but apparently they removed the sound so the game is useless now.

  • It would get more stars but there is no way to finish the alphabet

My little one loves this game. But we can only do a-h. The rest of the alphabet is locked. No prompt to purchase the rest of the game. Only ads to check out more of their games but without a link to do so. It’s like they have an idea person who developed these apps but no idea how to follow through from beginning to end.

  • Upside down on iPad Pro

The app is upside down on an iPad Pro with Apple keyboard case attached. If I detach the case it remains upside down.

The app doesn’t reorient when iPad Pro is rotated. This is a fairly basic function and really necessary for any game used by very young children. All the other young children’s apps we’ve bought do this automatically.

    Please fix it.
