It’s great, my toddler loves it. However when I tried to open it on my iPad it wants me to pay for the game again. I’m not going to pay twice to use the same game.Kmwiebe

Tried to purchase additional levels, but no option to do so. My granddaughter was so disappointed. Noticed after I tried that others have had this issue in November and its now January. Guess I’ll delete the app and give my money to a developer that fixes issues.Lilpunky66
I can’t restore my purchase!
I purchased this game because my son loved the demo. Had to reset my iPad and tried to reinstall but can’t get the rest of the alphabet to unlock despite being told by the app that the restore was successful.ReesePartyof5
Don’t bother trying to purchase!
I decided to purchase the full edition for my son as he loves this game! I hit the purchase button and nothing unlocked but rest assured my payment went through! I’m incredibly disappointed that my son won’t be able to play the full game. Apparently this app really needs my $2.99 because I can’t get a refund either. Waste of money!Show lessBrini K
I Figured Out How to Purchase!!!
My daughter loves this game and I was disappointed to see that there was no way to actually purchase the rest of the levels! But I figured it out!
1. Click on one of the locked levels.
2. There is a simple math equation that I looked pasted every time... 1+1=
3. So you have to click the number 2! Once you do that the purchase page comes up. BUT it wasn’t that easy.
4. So do the purchase (2.99 BTW), put in your password, etc. Once I did that nothing happened and I thought I lost 2.99. Thankfully the fix is easy.
5. Leave the app, open again and repeat steps 1-4 and it will say “You’re all set!” and bingo you have all the levels!!

Purchasing is a game in itself!!
After you tap on one of the unavailable tiles you get to the screen where you would expect to be offered the option to purchase, and you are presented with nothing. However, for whatever reason, the option is the on the screen but it’s invisible.
What I did was to try tapping everywhere on the screen so see if maybe that was the case and it turns out it was. I believe for me it was somewhere around the middle, but if that doesn’t with for you, you may just want to try random places. So weird.

Paid for the app
I paid for the app last week ..baby deleted the app by mistake and now is locked again..try to restore and doesn’t work!! I been trying to get in contact a few days and for nobody is replying!! It says purchase restored and doesn’t restore...
I bought this game for my daughter and went to buy the full version. It worked, but once I tried to restore the purchase to go on my phone, it says it was restored successfully but it doesn’t unlock them!!!

I Purchased this app and it will not let me unlock pass the sample letters
I downloaded the trial app. My grandson loves to play this so I went ahead and purchased the app so we could unlock the rest of the letters. But it will not let me unlock any more letters when I try to it says restore. I click on the restore button and then it tells me my purchase has been restored. But I still cannot unlock any of the other letters! If I can’t fix this I will go to iTunes and get a refund.Show lessaunt sunshine
