Love my NW YMCA it’s great for my health.
Enjoy going and using the facility. The receptionist are alway friendly and very pleasant. Instructors are very well trained in the latest fitness techniques and care about the participants. We love our cardio crave class with Amie every Tuesday & Thursday.sha-boy
