I enjoyed the original Y app but the new updates add so much! I like being able to connect to my Fitbit and track my workouts!Alicamj
This update made it worse.
A couple weeks ago I was able to check in myself and all of my family members from my app. Now, I can only check in myself. None of my family is in there, and there is no way to add them back in. And the history in the app shows I have not been to the Y at all this year. I was there twice last week. What use is the app if I need to carry cards for all of the children on our membership? All children do not have cell phones and apps!! But hey, this new app update tells me that “Susie” completed a challenge two hours ago and that “Bobby” checked in… I have a whole list of people I don’t know and what they did at the Y in my app. I don’t care about that stuff. I want to use the app for myself and my family. Please get this fixed!!!Show lessLoves 2 play games!!
App frustrations!!
My app was doing fine. It said it wanted to update. So I clicked ok…. It updated, logged me out & now tells me I don’t exist!! My email & phone number both “don’t exist”. 20 min later… I’m finally in . But now —I had all the family added to my app for check in. All the other family members are now gone. So that’s going to be another phone call or trip to the Y to get everyone back into my app —I don’t know the numbers to put in—why would I??? They were right there in my app!!?? FRUSTRATION!!! AGGRAVATION!! So much for simple & easy!! Not liking this at allShow less
