    Super user friendly!
    Beautiful platform with all the features and functions to run a small or large firm.
  • Worthless mobile app

    I do not know where they get these high ratings for WealthBox. Support is responsive. Email only. But they rarely understand the problem.

  • Essentially a web app.

    No customization of bottom tabs.

    Multiple clicks to see contact info.

    Multiple clicks to add a task.

    Multiple clicks to see recent activity.

    Not everyone uses every function. Let us customize it.
  • Keeps crashing on iphone

    Started out great but now works inconsistently. I never know if it will be up and available, or not.

  • Game-Changer!

    Wealthbox has completely changed my perspective on CRM systems. I highly recommend this platform to any financial advisor looking for integrative tools and ease of use!
  • Has Potential, Needs Polish

    Lots of potential, it needs polish. The dashboard screen reloads too often, and and also very often the app takes forever to login when opened even requiring multiple attempts to force quit the app and reopen it.

  • Logging in

    Been having trouble for several weeks with Wealthbox saying I am already logged in, but when I search, the Face ID will sometimes open to log me in. Other times it just sits there as a blank screen and I have to force close the app and reopen it to work.
    Now with the iOS 15.0.1 update, Wealthbox won’t open. It sits at a blank screen. I have force closed the app many times and it sits as a blank screen. Going to have to contact support tomorrow to figure this out.

  • Good CRM - glitchy app

    Someone else mentioned that it feels like not much money is being added to the app. I would say the same about the program (other than adding more integrations). I like it (better than most other CRM programs I’ve tried) but it could be so dynamite with a few changes and updates. The app is fine but very glitchy. Many times when I open it from my phone (iPhone 12 max) it won’t load. Just shows a blue screen. I completely get out and go back in and the same thing happens. I have to wait like an hour and try again. Very frustrating when I want to update my calendar…

  • Could be better

    I’ve been using Wealth Fox for nearly 10 years. The amount that they spend updating things is disappointing. This app probably hasn’t been updated in three years. It’s outdated and needs a overhaul.
  • Horrible phone app

    What can I say, the phone app is horrible. I like the program on the computer, but the phone app is completely lame. You can’t even check a client’s DOB.
