I tried to send money and I put all the correct information and it end up saying your transaction is not complete. How can we trust you? There is no number to contact if we have questions. Who can we complain then?

The app is really slow when sending money. I will receive a text message saying my money was sent but on the app it still says on process.
Had problems with sending money to BDO so I tried calling cebuana’s customer service but they are only available during regular business hours.
Can’t transfer to BPI banks.
The only nice thing about this remittance service is that the exchange rate is a little bit higher compared to others.

Please add Caloocan City, Metro Manila on the “Add Receiver City” section. You guys have “Kaloocan Malabon Metro Manila” I think its misspelled. This is the only reason I couldn’t send the money through this app. Thankyou
