We have added the new menu feature to incorporate additional features. Menu can be accessed from anywhere in the rundown, so you can now select Off Air Time to view if your show is running over/under and you're expected Off Air Time, without needing to scroll back to the top. Hit Times is a new feature. Whilst you are On Air, each time you press the start button to commence a timer, it will record this time and generate the hit time list, which can also be emailed. These lists are handy for Producers, Networks and Editors.

Select which times to include in the Running Duration & Off Air Calculations. eg. An interview runs 5mins though you have 2 VTs or overlay to roll in during this interview. You can now select not to include these VT items in the overall calculation, so you can continue to time out the interview to 5 mins (on a separate timer) and the other extra overlay will not be included in the total running time or Off Air Calculation. Just simply turn off the Calculation Switch for this item in the Edit section.

Calculate Off Air Time and Projected Off Air Time. In the On Air Menu, switch to recalculate. This will also recalculate and enter new TX hit times for each Item. Makes calculation so simple. Can also be used for rehearsals, just enter your rehearsal hit time and then simply re-enter your On Air Time for the main show.

Our most powerful version yet. Introducing Endless Multiple Timers, to countup or countdown simultaneously. This now allows you to time separately the running Duration of the whole show, Segment Timing, Item Timing and as many VTs as you like. Roll On feature stays activated for each chosen individual timer. Therefore if you are busy timing out another item and your original timer ends, if Roll On mode is selected, it will automatically start to time the next item, whilst you are ending your current timer. We have also introduced another exciting feature. Whilst you are in counting down mode, eg. counting down a VT package, a small counting up timer will automatically start in the same timer screen. So whilst you are counting out, you can also count to various hit marks, like Supers/Lower 3rds and other graphics, upsots, voiceovers and any other item you need in that same item. Various coloured rows will keep you guided. Red row is your current timer that you are viewing, lighter red are the rows that have timers running, tan is the row you have just selected (to edit, move, delete or transfer to commence timing) and blue is the On Air Timer. Due to more information in the rundown, we have now extended the size of the rundown on the iPads, to 50% of the screen.

Import rundowns from .csv files. This exciting new feature, will allow you to import rundowns from excel and other .csv compatabile software. As soon as the Producer is finished with the rundown, just a few clicks and then it's loaded into your app.

Introducing the long awaited TX Time Code. Enter the expected TX Time into the rundown. When you press the 'START' button in the timer screen, it all update you with your Run Duration. If you are running over it will display as Red, under will be displayed as Blue. Perfect for Producers and Directors to keep track of Running Time. Fixed small bug when in Stopwatch mode, counting up.

We have added an exciting new feature. Roll On Mode. This switcher will automatically roll on to the next timing and update the item name displayed in the timer. Perfect for those quick back to back timings. Can select or deselect at anytime, either before you start or during the middle of a timing. Or have your whole rundown as continuous timing. Simple to turn on and off, with just the slide of a switch.

Roll On Mode - When one timer finishes it automatically rolls onto next timer No audio or visual distractions Longhold press to reorder rows Edit Rundown and times whilst timers are running Background mode - Check you emails or texts while timers continue to run STUDIO RUNDOWN & TIMER Rundown can either be imported quickly as a .CSV file or directly entered into the app. Please check our website for a .CSV template. Time is of the essence in live situations and things can change quickly, so we have created a lot of shortcuts in our coding to save you time. SPLIT VIEW MODE (for all ipads and most iphones in landscape view). Split View is perfect to view & edit your rundown, whilst clearly displaying the timer. Quickly & easily edit and update your rundown by re-ordering rows, adding new items or deleting rows with one quick swipe left, all whilst still counting out timers. TIMERS Unlimited Timers, to countup or countdown simultaneously. Send a time from the rundown to the timer by pressing the right chevron on the rundown row. This is now the active row and will change to red. It is now displayed in the timer For safety, this active Row, or any other row with a timer running, are now locked, and cannot be moved or deleted. Whilst you countdown your item, we have included a small timer to count up. This enables you to also count to various hit marks, like Supers/Lower 3rds, graphics, upsots, voiceovers etc. Various coloured rows will keep you guided. ON AIR COUNTDOWN Simply enter your On Air time in 24hr format and click Save. It will automatically countdown to this time. (Note: Reads your device's time. Sometimes you will need to adjust your device, to match the clock check with your network Presentation. This can be adjusted through Apple Settings. Please see my website for details. OFF AIR CALCULATION Once you enter your on air time, you can select to automatically calculate the Off Air Times and Adjust each items TX Start times. So if you were to go on air say 45 secs later than scheduled in your rundown, you enter the new on air time and select the switch to automatically calculate, then press save. It will then change your TX start time for each item to reflect your new on air time and calculate your new off air time. If you make changes to item durations, during the show, it will automatically recalculate. You can easily switch this feature off again anytime, if you wish for it to no longer calculate changes. ROLL ON MODE If Roll On slider is on, when the current timer has reached zero, it will automatically continue timing the next item in the rundown. This will continue to the end of your rundown, or until an item has this selected to off. Switchable at anytime. REHEARSAL & SEGMENT TIMINGS Set the on air time to your rehearsal time to calculate the overall duration, then change back when you go to air. Segments - Slide the button to stopwatch mode to count up and press start Quick Save Timing feature, handy for Producers. During timing press 'Save' button when your reach certain hitmarks. This automatically saves the current timing to the end of the rundown, where you edit the description , whilst timer continues.
