Disappointing
Having just made the annual golf pass purchase I’ve been prompted to download the app to watch the content that is part of the subscription. Unfortunately, I am unable to watch anything on the app and am shown a pop up for a duplicate payment. The content plays fine on browser so it seems to be a problem with the app. Happy to update my review if this issue is addressed but at the moment it is unusableShow lessCritical Colin
Not getting benefits that are paid for
For the last couple of months my account has intermittently stopped me from watching videos and not displaying tee time credits, despite paying for the top level plan.
Spoke to somebody on the phone who simply repeated what I already knew - that I have a paid subscription for 12 months and it should all work.
They promised to share with their manager and call me back. No call back but the account “magically” started working again - for all of a week then every time I click on a video I’m promoted to pay a monthly fee once more.
This is really poor and needs to be fixed please.
I’d like to receive an extension on the subscription as I’m not getting full value - the videos are a key part of the reason why I signed up.

Poor App … won’t play videos on iPad
Videos play first 2-3 seconds of learning videos and then hang up….spinning wheel like it is trying to download but then just repeats.
It is the app as every other app and video plays fine on my iPad Pro. No place in the app to submit issues with the hope they will fix it.
Seems like certain categories of videos won’t play but a few categories will. Doesn’t make sense.

5 stars cause it’s Golf
The app isn’t the greatest, casting to chromecast is a headache sometimes. Requesting a TV app for Apple TV or Google tv maybe Roku! Ability to add clips to a que to create my own playlists. The content on Golf pass is fantastic it has so many tip videos from some fantastic coaches and videos on workouts are helping me get faster and steady. I like this app a bunch! Just needs better casting control or a Google or apple TV version of the appShow lessgggfssaabhhhu

Payment issues
Payment never went through after 7 day free trial. Spoke to GolfPass who then asked me to authorise the transaction in my mobile banking app. Did that and they claimed it still hadn’t gone through! Phoned the bank and they said GolfPass themselves reversed the payment! Avoid this app.Nev1974
Freezes
Love the app. Watch videos all the time, but the app is freezing every time I start a video. Please fix!!!!

iOS 16
I updated to iOS 16 and the videos are playing but then freeze all the the app so all it can do is continue playing the video. Otherwise great app and content.Buckyville
