    App no longer functions in landscape on 2020 4th Gen 12.9” iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.1. Basically unusable. 😡

    I’ve called two or three times since my last review on 9/16/2020 with no results. Spoke with customer service rep Friday afternoon and was promised a call back from a supervisor on Saturday. Never happened.
  • Not Receiving Tee Time Credits with Annual Pass

    I purchased the annual pass through the App Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On the App, my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year.

    I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time.

    One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

  • Subscription

    Became a member in April 2020 but have not received my TaylorMade golf balls. When I have called customer service, I have been given the runaround. Probably will not renew my subscription next year.

To ensure a quick delivery, confirm the address on your account is the correct shipping details where you would like the balls sent. You can manage your account settings in the Member Management Portal. If you have a unique shipping and billing address, make sure the correct one is used in the shipping address field. You can also call the Member Care team to update your address. Do not hesitate to reach out if your order is still not delivered.
  • Breaking 90

    Today was the first time I broke 90, I want to thank Martin chuck and his series Breaking 90, I shot a 88 at a course a month ago I shot 97, what a great learning tool this app is. I highly recommend it!!

  • Love but...

    Love the app and all the choices of shows on here. My only issue is I would love the ability to have a amazon fire stick channel or at least the ability to stream to a fire stick especially in this day and age. I think most people have a fire stick not a roku. Hope you begin to support I find myself not watching as much because of that.

  • Video playbacks

    Can you please address the problem with viewing video. You cannot watch it in Landscape mode on iPads. Apart from that one thing I’m living the whole set up of GOLFPASS. Cracking job
