Good content, difficult to cast to tv
I love the content of this app. I would prefer the layout of the app to be more similar to other streaming apps because I am used to navigating those. Also, casting this app from my phone to the tv is a frustrating experience. Once it is casting, if I open my phone for anything, the app immediately restarts the episode and then I have a hard time navigating back to the spot I was at in the episode.Show lessMiss Mandy W.

I’ve watched all of the Big Break that you have on here; you’re missing 2 seasons, I REALLY wanted to see the season with the Finaus on it.
I’m consistently in the low 80’s, let’s hope these instructional videos will help me dive into the 70’s.Hoopstb
Add landscape mode and fix log-in
Having only portrait mode on an iPad is annoying and please fix log-in, logging in every time I launch the app and want to watch a video is annoying as well.TechProductGuy
No rotation on ipad, video player interface lacking; shows & content decent
I think the various shows and instructional videos in golf pass are pretty good. However, the user interface of the app leaves a lot to be desired. and that’s why it gets a 3 star rating.
It’s 2021 and the iPad app only supports a vertical orientation. If you rotate the iPad to a landscape orientation, the app doesn’t adjust and follow suit. You have to go to full screen mode and then the video will rotate.
It’s 2021, and I’m really surprised by the lack of polish and finish on this app given the association with NBC.
As a paying subscriber, I expected better, and this app makes the content viewing experience much less desirable as a result.Show lessshawnhank
Great app and content, one tiny issue
Content is a dream come true for me. Love everything about GolfPass. Would be 5/5 except in iOS app, I cannot find a way to go from vertical to horizontal, which means no full screen video. I have tried every trick I know to force it, but for now, since I can watch horizontal full screen direct from the website, the app is fairly useless for me. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can up my rating.Show lessjohnnieflyfisher
Overall a great app

App doesn’t retain membership details, so can’t watch most vids
The app continually loses my membership details so I can’t watch most of the videos. I am unable to find an answer to this problem and so have not been able to use this app, very annoying.Haggis7843
Dismal customer service
I have tried without success to cancel my subscription to this App since I got it. They don’t answer the telephone help desk, don’t respond to emails and don’t answer written letters. How do I get my money back. I would give this zero stars if I could.Scot frustrated
Where is The Big Break
I joined to watch The Big Break episodes, after watching a couple of seasons there was no way to search for more (I’m using an iPad). When you search for Big Break, you’re more likely to index
anything but or you keep getting the same few seasons to choose from.
I’m a hacker, I might get a lot out of this app, even move up membership level but I want to choose what I want to view. Until this is fixed maybe some clue within FAQ’s to navigate the search function if there’s a trick I’m missing.Show lessL5S
