Doesn’t help those in dire situations
My profile was deactivated because I had selected many locations where I would like to live. In a time of crisis and rising homelessness they want you to limit your search to a maximum of 5 suburbs. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly tough for those desperate to find accommodation. Especially those of us with pets who are now considered even more undesirable. At this time many people are struggling and do not have the luxury of finding safe lodging close to their work. Therefore we have to use a wide net to find a home but this results in deactivation. Even some government and social services are promoting this resource when it actively excludes those that have limited options.

Better than all your competitors
Easy to use and great features (especially the ability to sort photos). Only suggestion I have is that when renters/rental providers are inactive for more than 3 days, a flag showing inactive status on their photo will be useful for rental providers and renters.
Worthwhile and good value
The platform works and I've had no issues. The pricing seems fair for the value of the customer experience. I will return should I need the service again.
Flat Finders is the best
Flat Finders is the best service I have found for discovering places to rent. It gives very good details about the location, facilities and other important information. There are always good photos of the rooms and maps to show where they are.

I found it very easy to look up a profile and home to move into the message service is very helpful and easy to navigate.

It’s a great website, very user friendly. It makes finding the perfect home very easy! I love all the options for searching so you can narrow down what you’re looking for. I’ve found my dream place! :)

You can see when someone has read your email, and also why you are not a match. Often it’s a simple thing like age or price zone.

Great app
The app is really easy to use and has the full functionality of the website but now I get notifications whenever I get a message so I can get back to them straight away. Thanks for your help finding a housemate, really appreciate it in the difficult times we are now in!
Best app in this industry for sure
Honestly, I haven’t seen an app of this useful while still giving me the warmth of home with its delicate design for a while. It is easy to operate and the staff are very responsive. There are many considerate options for me to filter the best home and ideal Flatmate that really matter to me. A new stylish way of communication in the new decade for sure.
