What’s Happened?!!!!
I’ve not been able to open this app for about 2 days now. ALL my pictures are in there + some text messages. What happened? Why can’t I open it? Please help! 😢ALL-ISON

There’s a lot of reviews like this, and to random people reading the reviews I figured out why.
4 days ago there was a bug patch, and 4 days ago is when reviews saying they can’t get into the app started coming in. I think in their latest update they accidentally glitched the app. The app WAS really useful until it stopped working, that’s why I’m giving 5 stars.Show lessMegan Tomlins

Ive been trying to open my app I have had this app for a while now & was working just fine , but recently I’ve been trying to open the app but it seems to be no working & just closes automatically, has anyone eles had this problem?chango_mma

I had some pictures of sentimental value on this app. They were memories of a life time that I will never ever be able to replace. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to exporting my pictures over. I too face many of the problems that many of these other app users have experience. I hate to give bad reviews because I understand that there are always two sides to every story, matter fact I’ve never given a bad review but I refused to be silent about this because I would hate for someone to be heart broken like me. There is one side to this story and it’s the truth! Bottom line is “DO NOT USE THIS APP unless you plan on never seeing your information again.Show lessDr. K1965

APP NOT WORKING
after the most recent update i can’t enter the app i click on it to open and it opens for a second then closes, i have some very important content in there which i don’t have saved anywhere else, and i will never be able to get them back if i can’t open this appConvexFlame450

However, depending on the region, this update will be available sooner or later. Please follow and update the application to the latest version (version 3.2) for bug fixes and the best experience. Your app currently doesn’t want to work. Every time I go in the app it immediately crashes and I even tried trouble shooting and even reinstalling it. Not to worried cause I didn’t having anything too important but I would still appreciate the fix cause I do enjoy the application otherwise. Fix it soon please, thank you. :)Show lessVendetta9711
