Good app for Anxiety
I used to use the student support facilities quite a bit during my panic attacks and started using this app. Since I started using this app, I feel a lot better. Also my grades have improved in school.
The best ACT app
I have been in ACT for a while. It is the best therapy for anxiety. This app is great for my practice. All the exercises are very useful along with the summary, mood correlations, streak etc. You have done a fantastic job with this app. It is very exhaustive at the same time very useful. Keep up the good work.

Finally something useful
I have been using this app for 3 months freely for doing dairy cards and subscribe for premium subscription and I am glad I did it. There is so much information in the app that it is totally worth it.
Can work with my therapist
I love that I can share my progress with therapist. My therapist also loves it, because she can open up the clinician app and see all my data and that makes my appointment really useful. I also love all the features in the app lessons, exercises and especially summary
An engaging ACT app
The videos and lesson content are refreshing. It makes grasping the content easier and engaging. The sharing with therapist feature really helps my session with therapist so much productive and she gets great insights from the clinician app. I also do all the homework assigned to me via the app.
