Thanks to this app. It has incredibly helped me with my anxiety. I have a eating disorder and over the last month it has been really under control after using this app.

Best ACT app

I downloaded this app to track my moods and now upgraded and use to EVERYTHING. The meditations are great. The voices are soothing, the content is good, The summary screen is amazing! I really understand what went on when.I behaved a certain way. The ability to share all of this with my therapist is what makes it so great.

Helped me quite a bit

I purchased the full version of the app and it has helped me so much. I can now share my data with my therapist and it has been incredibly useful. The summary features are great too. Has helped to stay grounded during anxiety bouts.

Really helpful

This app is really helpful for both me and my counsellor and psychiatrist, since it helps track my mood and if I took my meds and exercised and etc. Further I can share my diary entries with my counsellor. Really good for my anxiety and depression because I can see on the screen if I've been spiraling out of control. I also love that you can add your own custom daily targets and do journal The guided meditations they have are very helpful as well. I genuinely have no complaints. A great app!

Useful!

I have been looking for a good ACT app not only for my wellness patients but also for myself. This is a great one. Seems to be solidly grounded in ACT and very comprehensive is effective for me. Also affordable compared to other apps and online memberships I have tried for meditation. I find it very helpful.

Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this app! I have suffered with severe anxiety for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had the courage to actually get help and this app has changed my life! This app is so much more than meditation this is truly amazing and I use it all the time. I have everything I need on this app with the mood entries, tracking emotions, meditation, ACT videosvideos, exercises, meditations, summary and so much more! This app really has it all and helps me cope . I would recommend for anyone.

Best ACT app

This is easily the best ACT app that Is out there, and it has replaced several other apps for me. I am slowly becoming a happier and healthier person because of this app. Love that I can share my entries with my therapist and engage. Love the summary section too.

Glad I found this

I have been working with a therapist and we recently exploring ACT. I have looked at other subpar ACT apps. Someone suggested me this. Once I downloaded and I went through it, I was sold. Love the tracking tools and analytics. My therapist is also on the clinician platform - so it is easy for her to see my progress. She absolutely loves it and is planning to incorporate in her practice.

Helps me with anxiety

It has changed my life in ways I can't think of in the last 2 months.I have read quite a bit about ACT and I was able to put my skills to use and practice using this app.

Helps with ACT Practice

All I can say is this app has been a significantly helped me. I I diligently do the exercises and daily measures, work with my therapist by sharing it. I also love the videos - they really get the concepts down quite well
